The UK Airborne Flying Display Director (AFDD) Course is managed and delivered by TSA Consulting Ltd on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority. DA Holders are advised that for the 2021 Flying Display Season an AFDD accreditation or a ground FDD accreditation be will be required to hold a CAA Display Permission.
The 2020-2021 AFDD Course provides an opportunity for DA holders to undertake an online course between 2nd November 2020 and 31st January 2021.
Submission of the AFDD Course Application Form will enable the CAA to consider the applicants for suitability and successful candidates will be sent further information to access the course material.
Terms and Conditions:
- The AFDD Course is available to all DA Holders.
- The AFDD course will be conducted entirely online. Candidates will be required to access course material via Staffbase, and to submit coursework online
